Policies

Return Policy:

  • A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Please email us directly for your return authorization number.

Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery during the stated time periods. We cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.
  • USPS Express shipping is not a guaranteed overnight service to all areas. Also upgrading to an express shipping method does not account for processing time on our end (see below term).
  • The stated "Will usually ship within 1 business day", usually does occur but is not a guarantee. Selecting a shipping upgrade, upgrades the time in transit only.
  • We do not allow local pick-ups or drop-offs.

Other Terms:

  • We strongly encourage professional installation of any electronic devices.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.
  • We do not offer technical support on installation, or trouble shooting.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on defective returns.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by defective products or loss of use, uninstall/reinstall charges that may be incurred due to defective products.
